CEPES (Centre d’études des politiques étrangères et de sécurité) / CFPSS (Centre for Foreign Policy and Security Studies) is opening the competition for up to four $500 scholarships to support thesis research in international relations, focusing on foreign policy, defence, or security.
Applicants must be Concordia MPPPA students currently completing thesis work, and registered as such, within the broad discipline of international relations. The competition is open to all related subjects regardless of methodological, ideological or policy orientation. Students will be judged solely on the basis of academic merit and the soundness of their thesis proposals.
Interested students are to submit applications to the graduate administrator consisting of a statement of purpose, a proposed thesis outline, two letters of reference, and undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
The deadline for applications is August 1st, 2010. The scholarship will be awarded September 1st, 2010.
