Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the level of mental health and coping strategies during COVID-19 outbreak in some Arab countries. The researchers used the descriptive-analytical method (survey). The results showed high level of mental health with study sample. The psychological and emotional changes were the most common, which ranked first, followed by cognitive changes, while behavioral changes were ranked third by a percentage, and physical changes came fourth in the last place. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of mental health attributable to the variables: (gender, age, country, marital status, educational level, nature of work, health status).Regarding the used coping strategies were: prayer, supplication, communicating with friends through social media and other strategies.
